The role of Maintenance Administrator/ Help desk Co-ordinator will work within the Maintenance team to provide support. They will also provide support to the maintenance team and project managers across a number of areas including administering and updating the companies CAFM system and other projects where required.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual with excellent organisational and administration skills, exceptional attention to detail along with a willingness to personally develop within a team in this supporting function.

Junior Building Services Project Engineer (Cambridge)

We are looking for a Junior Building Services Project Engineer (Student Apprentice) to join our team working on a series of exciting, and interesting schemes. Commercial, Education, and Healthcare projects will be at the forefront of your workload combining a variety of larger and medium sized projects.

With a busy order book and a number of strong projects in the pipeline the company is proactively looking to develop a Junior Project Engineer to HNC level. Training and development will be provided in all aspects of project management to help you progress through the company. Ideally you will carry some experience in the Building Services industry and anything up to 12 months experience or maybe more would be of interest.
