Every year at Munro Building Services we take on a carefully selected number of apprentices to join our growing team. We run a varied programme which sees us recruit for apprentices in the following disciplines: mechanical, electrical and maintenance engineering.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for applicants who are ready to focus on the bigger picture and kickstart their career. We need people with passion and a commitment and willingness to learn, a drive to improve their own skillset and most importantly a positive attitude that will reap the benefits a career in engineering can offer in the long term with a company like ours.

We know that those first steps away from school life into workplace can be difficult, but with our team ensuring the transition is smooth, that knowledge and skills are nurtured and passion rewarded, it means that you get the start you deserve.

If you are interested in starting a career in engineering and are aged between 16-18 with expected grades A to C in GCSE Maths and English, an apprenticeship could be the way forward for you. We are currently recruiting applicants in the Chelmsford, Essex region as well as Cambridge and East Anglia.
