David joined Munro in 2009 and progressed from Contract Management to Director in 2011.

David has over forty years’ experience within the industry overseeing projects in a wide range of sectors including leisure, healthcare, education, research, student accommodation and commercial.

He is able to draw upon his experience to actively promote working in a non-adversarial mode which improves working relationships and understanding, as well as contributing to projects being completed on time and to budget.

David is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building Services. He is able to combine his technical knowledge along with commercial know-how to lead a team of various disciplines, including sub-contractors.

He ensures that projects are delivered to exacting standards within challenging timeframes, thus generating repeat business and negotiating opportunities on future projects.
