Courtney joined Munro Building Services in May 2024 as a Trainee Project Engineer and is already proving herself to be a great asset to our Operations Team.

Now in the 3rd year of her BEng Building Services Design Engineering Degree, she has been nominated for several awards already.

In September last year, Courtney was shortlisted for the CITB Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction, ‘One to Watch’ award.

This year, she has already been nominated for the CFCI’s Apprentice of the Year award.
