Charlotte is in the 2nd year of her Level 3 Heating and Ventilation Craftsperson Apprenticeship. She joined Munro Building Services in August 2023 and is excelling in her apprenticeship.

Charlotte came joint 3rd in ESG’s ‘Women in Plumbing’ competition in March 2024 and was nominated for CITB’s ‘Women on the Tools’ award as well.
