Our Projects

The refurbishment was integral to update the faculty building with works including:

• Replacement gas boilers
• Boiler flue installation
• New LTHW circulation pumps
• Gas booster installation
• Chiller replacement
• CW circulation pumps
• LTHW cleaning & dosing
• Testing & Commissioning

To ensure the building remained usable, the existing LTHW plant room remained operational in order for us to guarantee the changeover happened in warmer weather, therefore reducing disruption.
