Our Projects

This new 60,000sq.ft office building was fitted out to CAT A and part CAT B standard in readiness for tenancy. The design and build project which was procured on a two stage basis, taking the design from Stage 4 through to completion, was developed in partnership with the Client team. 

Munro Building Services were involved with the installation of all M&E services to include Mechanically, the air conditioning, BMS, HCW, public health works and insulation. Whilst Electrically, Munro installed all of the incoming mains, landlord power and lighting (with the provision for future adaptation to increase this), fire alarms, security to the external doors, solar PV to the roof, access controls and intelligent lighting controls and lightning protection. 

This project was one of three buildings within the same construction site being built in parallel where collaboration and stakeholder engagement was a key actor to managing risks and site logistics. 

The project achieved a BREEAM Rating: Excellent.
