Our Projects

Selwyn College's Bartlam Library was the 3rd phase development at Ann's Court.

The library is a new 4 storey building comprising auditorium, library facilities, associated study spaces and a basement plant area.

The facility houses 35,000 books and provides circa 100 study spaces on the first and second floor library area.

The main reading area is at second floor level positioned under an expansive roof light.

An auditorium is provided at ground floor level with seating for up to 136 delegates.

The basement level incorporates plant rooms and storage spaces, along with WC's and changing facilities.

Munro supported Barnes Construction to complete the design and installation of MEP services in this landmark building.
