Granta Park's new offices were built as tenanted office space for Gilead Sciences who specialise in medical research in life threatening diseases around the world.

The four-storey ‘shell and core’ project consisted of a double height reception space, a feature atrium stair and, at each floor level, secondary stair cores and WC areas.

Munro installed domestic water, plant and ventilation for the total 12 toilet cores across the 3 storey building. The heating, chilled water and ventilation were installed for use by a future fit out company to extend for the end user. 

Munro were responsible for bringing the power supply into the building. Installations also included photovoltaic, fire alarm systems, disabled alarm and refuge, lightning protection systems and small power, lighting and fire alarm in the car park.

BREEAM rated: Very Good.
