Pembroke College's Mill Lane site has undergone significant redevelopment over multiple phases.
Phase 1 included the redevelopment of selected buildings to the east side of Mill Lane site. 4 Mill Lane provides teaching accommodation and associated ancillary spaces. First floor level provides a link to the adjacent Kenmare House. 6 Mill Lane provides kitchen and café / servery area offering a coffee shop style service. Phase 2 encompassed the construction of Dolby Court and associated external landscaping within the courtyard.
Dolby Court itself consists of 4 areas as follows,

Munro are proud to have supported Cocksedge Building Contractors with this complex phased development.
