Our Projects

One Granta was developed for Granta Park by BioMed Realty and is over 100,000 square foot of highly flexible lab and office space.

The building is a striking addition to Granta Park with one of the standout features being the decorative frieze on the main façade which is crafted in aluminium with a matte finish. The perforated design is inspired by the woodland treeline that surrounds the building.

One Granta will deliver a Biodiversity Net Gain in excess of 23%.

The scheme has been delivered in conjunction with SDC.
