Our Projects

This new build student accommodation comprises of 90 ensuite student rooms. Other services provided in the building consist of a new Porter's Lodge, a gym, cafe, conference facilities and new offices for staff and supervision rooms. More socialising areas and additional parking for bicycles are also catered for.

With PV on the roof and underfloor heating, the focus for this landmark institution was on the energy efficiency and carbon reduction targets.

The electrical engineers worked closely with the specialist lighting designer, Nulty Lighting Design, to create a specific design for the entrance foyer area that compliments the magnificent architecture and elegant environment with flexible, high quality and energy efficient solutions.
