Designed by architect Allies and Morrison, this project will provide 6,200 M2 of Grade A office space split across two buildings in the centre of Cambridge.
Building B is a four-storey structure and Building A is a smaller two-storey structure, there is also basement car parking and 300 secure cycle spaces.
Outside collaboration space has been a key feature of the development, and a tranquil courtyard will bridge the gap between the buildings.
Working in partnership with SDC Builders over the last 10 months, Munro achieved practical completion for this commercial open plan office complex, where the M&E services on each floor has been designed and installed to suit future individual tenants, with all high level services visible within the office spaces.
Sustainability was outlined at an early stage as a key aspiration for the development in which Munro assisted during the design period. Cost savings and design enhancements were achieved by adding VRF heating and cooling, electric HWS generation and energy efficient light fixtures to the design.
