Girton Almshouses is a new build residential facility providing 15 modern housing units in Girton, Cambridge.

Dovehouse Court is built to strict Passivhaus standards, with the construction consisting primarily of timber frame panels made from Spruce soft wood sourced from Scandinavia delivered to site on lorries, for erection by crane.

Munro Building Services were engaged on a design and build basis, developing the design from Stage 3 to completion.

The MEP services included MVHR units to each property to provide fresh air, while hot water was provided using an ASHP calorifier.
