The major refurbishment of Bidwell's existing Cambridge Head Office will provide the company with a modern flagship office to support the growing needs of the team through incorporation of an innovative "agile working environment" concept and ethos.

With the whole 3 storey office building being stripped down to its original shell, the entire refit comprises 1st and 2nd floor office suites, accompanied by a large marketing suite on the ground floor for all staff and customers.

There is also a 100 seat café and seven meeting rooms named after popular and historic Cambridge pubs. The office will be designed with open plan or hot desk spaces with more flexible space for all employees.

The new M&E services consist of lighting, data, power, fire alarm, ventilation, heating, BMS, hot and cold domestic services and drainage, air conditioning, a boiler room and roof mounted mechanical plant.
