Amenities Granta Park
M&E New Build, Fit Out - Two Stage Design & Build
The Amenities Building provides an innovative fitness and well-being centre, for client Nuffield Health, with the aim of improving and nurturing the health and fitness of those working on site at Granta Park
The project consists of a gym, spinning studio, three-lane 25m lap pool, squash courts, climbing wall, two outdoor tennis courts, specialist fitness and training areas as well as consultation rooms. The building also hosts a cafeteria area and juice bar.
Munro Building Services provided full M&E works and were onboarded early in the scheme to support value engineering.
Project highlights include exposed services in the gym, sensors to control the pool temperature, spectacular AV systems in the gym and LED lighting installations that react to the AV in the spinning studio.
The Amenities Building offers visitors an inviting facility that incorporates dynamic spaces, spectacular views and an abundance of natural light in one building.
