Contract Win - Lambeth Palace Maintenance

After a successful re-tender process, our Chelmsford Maintenance team have been awarded a new 3 year contract for the planned preventative maintenance of the mechanical services to the official London residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury at Lambeth Palace.
In addition to the PPM of the mechanical plant and equipment throughout the Palace, Alms-houses and out buildings, we have undertaken works which include modernisation of the Palace’s pipe network which include domestic hot and cold water services, and heating systems. Quoted works completed include full replacement of the main palace boiler room, domestic boiler replacements and water hygiene remedial works.
To further support the client, we operate a 24/7 reactive response service, which also includes first fix response to the Palace’s electrical systems.
