Birkett's Race4Business - Running around Chelmsford City

Team Munro at Chelmsford have decided to give their legs a stretch and participate in this year’s ‘Race 4 Business’ which is being held on Thursday 23rd June 2016 to raise funds for The J’s Hospice. The race is a big annual event in Chelmsford and sees around 1,000 participants of all abilities in the Chelmsford Business community taking part in a 3.5 mile race starting in Chelmsford Town Centre.
Our Team of 7 runners: Alfie Seymour, David Clark, Jenny Lloyd, Gemma Lloyd, Lisa Kavanagh, Peter Chubb and Lee McKenna have been gearing up and training in readiness. All we need now is some support and sponsorship from our friends and colleagues to help us on the way.

The J’s Hospice charity improves the lives of young adults (aged 16-40) with life limiting and life threatening conditions and their families across Essex.
They provide enhanced care including tailored specialist nursing, respite, advice and emotional care as well as end of life care and bereavement support – in the comfort and security of their own homes and help the young adults to live their lives to the fullest, however short this may be.
