Munro Building Services are proud to have worked with main contractors SDC Builders Ltd on the latest Granta Park development, One Granta, for BioMed Realty.

This new building is over 100,000 sqft of highly flexible lab and office spaces. The first phase of the project was handed over in August 2024. Munro were responsible for providing the design, installation and commissioning of the MEP services. Services such as the installation and commissioning of Air Source Heat Pumps and PV panels which aligns perfectly with BioMed Realty’s sustainability goals.
