Mechanical Project Manager - Chelmsford Based
Munro Building Services Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager. As Project Manager, you will take contractual and financial responsibility from contract award through to end of defects liability, working on projects up to £5 million.
The successful candidate will be capable of ensuring projects run smoothly, are kept within budget and meet deadlines. As part of the diverse role, you will produce robust plans, supervise installation and subcontractor on-site, manage health and safety policies while always guaranteeing client satisfaction.

Mechanical / Gas & Electrical Engineers - London Based
Due to our ever increasing work load we are currently looking to recruit full time permanent mobile mechanical and electrical maintenance/ small works engineers within the Essex and London Areas.
This is a mobile role working in a wide range of commercial buildings carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to HVCA plant and associated services. This role will also entail an element of installation works on a smaller scale.

Part-time Invoice Clerk / Maintenance Co-ordinator
The role of invoice clerk and CAFM Co-ordinator will work within the Maintenance team. They will be responsible for the preparation and issuing of maintenance sales invoices, in addition assisting in keeping the companies CAFM system updated where required.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual with exceptional attention to detail along with a willingness to personally develop within a team in this supporting function.

Electrical Estimator (Cambridge)
We wish to appoint a Electrical Estimator to enable further growth of our highly successful team. The candidate will be responsible for the production of detailed tender bids, attending mid and post tender meetings and post tender control.
Candidates will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience in a wide range of sectors, including Education, Commercial, Health, Pharmaceutical and Industrial projects.
