Treetops School provides a supported learning environment for young people with moderate learning difficulties and has a specialism for working with pupils with autism, speech, language and communication difficulties as well as ADHD.
Since the successful completion of the M&E when the new school was built, we have continued to carry out the school’s annual mechanical & electrical maintenance, annual gas servicing and BMS maintenance.
The contract scope has grown steadily over the years, and we have added both air-conditioning and water hygiene management to our service provision in recent years.
Keeping the Site Manager up to date with changes in legislation and working with him to ensure the school remains complaint with its statutory maintenance has been an important part of our success where our technical expertise and capabilities can be relied upon.
A recent example of this was when the Sports Hall caught fire. Munro were able to react quickly and attend site immediately to isolate and make safe the services. This quick response played a critical part in preventing further damage to the school.
