The qualifications and upskilling that Munro provide will be invaluable to our staff’s career development, empowering them alongside some of our existing outstanding staff to take the steps necessary to find a fulfilling profession.Munro’s succession planning will benefit from programmes like this, as will our industry, filling the construction skills gap one talented young person at a time.

Our CSR vision covers everything to keep our friends and members of Munro thinking about tomorrow, from climate protection to community projects and promoting healthy living to charitable contributions. Fundraising plays a particularly important part in Munro’s CSR, as a company based on local, family roots we will always aim to put money back into the local community and the non-profit organisations around it.

Raising over £5,000 so far, Keith Matthams completed the 24 hour relay for Cancer Research. Being a part of the community is what Munro has always been about and seeing our own people doing more and more to raise both awareness and money is exciting for our business.

Our teams are put through challenges in construction and engineering every day, but it is important for the very best teams to continue developing in other environments too. That is exactly what some of our M&E colleagues at our Cambridge and Chelmsford office did earlier this year, when they took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge.
